Visitor Application Guidelines
If you wish to attend the event, please read the application guidelines below, check the box to indicate your agreement, and click the button to submit your application. By submitting your application, you will be deemed to have agreed to these guidelines.
Eligibility
You must meet all of the following conditions:
You must fall into one of the following categories:
- (1) A U.S. or European government organization or agency (e.g., the U.S. military, Embassy in Japan, or the U.S. Department of State)
- (2) A defense-related company headquartered in Japan, the United States, or Europe
- (3) A company headquartered in Japan that is interested in newly entering the defense sector
- (4) A Japanese central government ministry or agency
- (5) A Japanese local government
- (6) An individual invited by the organizer
You must be able to provide valid identification on the day of the event.
To verify that you are the individual named in the Visitor Registration Form, you will be required to present one of the valid forms of identification listed below. All identification documents must be valid as of the date of the event.
- My Number Card
- Driver's license
- Basic Resident Register Card with photo
- Passport
- Photo ID issued by a national or local government body
- Health insurance card
You must agree to participate in a survey about the event.
* Attendance information will be sent only to applicants whose applications have been reviewed and approved by the organizer. Please note that we are unable to answer inquiries about the confirmation procedure or the status of your application.

Important Notes for Your Visit
There is no parking at the venue. Please use a nearby paid parking lot or come by public transportation.
There are no shops or restaurants inside the venue. Please use the stores in the surrounding area.
Photography is permitted inside the venue. However, when photographing an exhibitor's booth, please obtain the exhibitor's consent beforehand. Please also refrain from posting photos on social media or similar platforms.
Handling of Personal Information

Commissioned by the Acquisition, Technology & Logistics Agency (ATLA), SEESAW Inc. recognizes the importance of personal information and considers its protection to be a social responsibility. In compliance with the relevant laws and regulations, we appropriately acquire, use, and manage the personal information handled on this website, as described below.
(2) Scope of Information Collected
This website automatically collects information such as internet domain names, IP addresses, on-site search queries, and other information relating to the browsing of this site. Cookies (data that the server sends to the user's browser to identify the user, and that is then stored on the user's computer) are used only to the extent necessary for the smooth operation of the services provided through this website. You may disable cookies through your browser settings; however, if you do so, some features of the website may become unavailable or some pages may not display correctly.
(3) Purpose of Use
The registered and collected information on this website is managed appropriately and is used only for the following purposes: statistical processing and analysis of usage in order to smoothly operate and improve the services provided on this website, provision of necessary information, event registration, handling of comments and inquiries, and identity verification of registrants. It will not be used for any other purpose. In addition, if the Acquisition, Technology & Logistics Agency obtains registered information from or through SEESAW Inc. in accordance with Section (4), such information will be managed appropriately in accordance with its information management regulations and other applicable rules.
(4) Disclosure to Third Parties
The registered and collected information on this website will not be provided to any third party other than the Acquisition, Technology & Logistics Agency (the contracting authority) and Boston Consulting Group (BCG), which serves as the Secretariat, except where the registrant has given consent, where required by law, or where it is necessary to request the registrant's employer or affiliated organization to verify the registrant's identity. Furthermore, the information provided to the Acquisition, Technology & Logistics Agency is limited to company information (such as company size and field); the personal information of registrants (such as name, job title, and email address) will not be provided, except where a registrant is suspected of using information from this website in a manner contrary to the purpose of the website.
(5) Outsourcing of Information Handling
The handling of the registered and collected information on this website will not be outsourced to any third party.
(6) Security Measures
We will take the measures necessary to prevent the leakage, loss, or alteration of the registered and collected information on this website, and to otherwise appropriately manage the information we handle.
(7) Response to Inquiries and Disclosure Requests
SEESAW Inc. strives to respond appropriately and promptly to inquiries regarding the handling of the personal information it has obtained. We also accept requests concerning the personal information subject to disclosure that we hold, including notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion of content, suspension of use, erasure, and cessation of disclosure to third parties.
